Delivery Information

When will my order dispatch?
All orders dispatch within 1-3 business days, excluding Public Holidays. Tracking information will be emailed out on the day that orders are shipped out.

How do I track my order?
Once orders are dispatched, you will receive a shipping email with all the tracking details.

What delivery service do we use?
We ship Australian orders with Australia Post.

I’ve incorrectly put in my shipping address?
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If this is incorrect, please contact us immediately at gypsysageboutique@gmail.com so we can contact the delivery service on your behalf. We cannot offer reimbursement for postage should the parcel become delayed, returned to sender or lost.

My parcel is being returned to sender?
Orders that are returned to sender by fault of Gypsy Sage Boutique, we will cover postage and re-send the parcel out in the first instance. Unsuccessful deliveries that occur due to incorrect address, failure to collect parcel from LPO or the shipping address left unattended, will require a postage payment to be made by the customer so this can be re-sent out. If not, a store credit will be issued.

Where is Local Pick Up?
Local pick up is available in Mount Evelyn , VIC 3796.

When and how can I arrange a pick up?
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notifying you that the order is ready for collection and advise the address where pick up is available from.

I choose Pick Up in error, what do I do?
If you selected ‘Pick Up’ in error we are happy to arrange postage for you. Simply email us at gypsysageboutique@gmail.com
